About Johnny Rivas

During high school, Johnny began assisting his dad as a new car runner at a Honda dealership in Paramus, NJ. While attending college, he advanced within the Service Department to become the New Car Prep Manager. Later, he accepted a promotion at a Honda dealership in West New York, NJ, where he gained experience in the Finance Department. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, Johnny was promoted to General Sales Manager, overseeing the entire sales department..

After more than 20 years of working for Honda, he decided to branch out on his own and start a new car leasing and financing brokerage company, aptly named Johnny the Broker.
